This unit is the lower part of a split house. Washer and Dryer are included and it has a covered car port. The rent is only $825, which is extremely cheap for the size and location of this rental. We are looking to sublease all three rooms ASAP through the end of July 2010. It is in a quiet residential neighborhood away from all the loud college noise. The neighbors upstairs are close friends of mine and are quiet and very friendly. Sublessors can keep our damage deposit.
