I build great looking dog houses. The roof, floor, and walls are all well insulated making them cool in the summer and warm in the winter! The floor has pressure treated runners on the bottom to prevent rot. They have real siding, real trim, and a real roof, no cheap imitations. These dog houses are the highest quality I've seen yet. You have the option to choose what color paint you'd like for the siding and trim, give us a call for colors available.**The small ones work great for toy dogs or cats. The outside measurements are 21"x 23". - $100
**The medium sized ones work well for dogs like border collies. They are 2' x 3' on the outside. - $175
**The large dog houses are very spacious and great for two medium sized dogs or a large one. 3' x 4' - $225
I also build custom dog houses as well. Prices are negotiable IF you drop some options such as roofing, insulation, etc.
You won't find anything out there that matches the quality of these for the price. I've sold 27 of them in the last 10 months and everyone has been very pleased with them.
There is a $25 delivery fee if you don't want to pick it up. You must come with a truck or a SUV that has about 4' of clearance all the way around for it to slide into. It will not fit into a trunk.
