The apartment is a proper 2BR (no sub-divisions or fake walls) on the 28th floor of an historic building at One West St, right across from the Statue of Liberty ferry dock. It has a huge living room with four big windows overlooking the Statue of Liberty, Governors Island and the Harbor. There is a lovely big kitchen with all appliances (including dishwasher) and a big window, and the bathroom has a view of the Financial District. Each bedroom has a big window and a built-in closet, and both overlook the Financial District. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer just outside the apartment door. There is free access to the gym within the building (on the 19th floor), and there is a gorgeous, large communal roofdeck garden on the 25th floor for hosting guests and watching the sun set behind the Statue of Liberty. The building has a 24 hour reception and doorman, a mailroom, and there is a gourmet market (Zaytuna's) and a Duane Reade in the bottom level of the building.

The building is a couple of minutes' walk from the 4/5 subway stop at Bowling Green; the 1 at Rector Place; and the R/W at Rector Place.
