This apartment is literally right on campus. Located on 14th South Henderson Street, its 5 minutes away the Indiana Law School. Everything is literally 15 minutes away. You will be living with a roommate, Clay Nedelka. Clay is from Texas and is currently an undergraduate student at the Kelley school of business. He is neat and can be found studying at the library most of the time yet he likes to go out occasionally. Most of the time he keeps to himself. The apartment has a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. I am also willing to negotiate the price depending upon the situation. The neighbors are extremely nice, and can tolerate loud noise. The washing and dryer machines also work extremely well, as they downstairs which makes the commute easy.
