I am needing someone to take over my lease! The lease ends Aug 15th and I am wanting to move JANUARY if not sooner. It is one room in Whitehall East Townhomes(new) with shared expenses so very CHEAP!! I will actually give an incentive for whoever takes over my lease, $100! I have someone that needs to come stay with me so I have to move somewhere else. It's really CLOSE to campus, walking distance. The bus is like 2 min away if you don't want to walk. Washer and dryer in unit, so no more coin operated machines. Only serious inquiries please! I can show whenever for those that would like to come by.
