I live in the downstairs of a 4 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment with 3 fun and friendly girls. The rent includes wireless, cable and an Ames Racquet and Fitness membership. Parking is available outside your door, if needed. Otherwise, the bus stop is conveniently close! The location is great; I walk everywhere from home. It's usually really quiet during the week to get work done, and entertainment and food are always a short walk away! I'm hoping to sublease from January-July 2010, but willing to negotiate dates.
