I graduated this summer, so I need to move to be closer to my job. I am looking for someone to lease my room in a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom house. Rent is $300 a month plus 1/3 of the utilities. The landlord does require a $300.00 deposit and if having pets, a $250.00 pet deposit, but I could probably work something out with you if this would be a problem. Located about 5 minutes from campus off of College Hill in the Gumtree subdivision. Right now you would have one male roommate and not sure about the other one yet.
