I live in a 4 bdrm/4bth Cottage with two other girls. There is no one in the 4th bdrm. Utilities are included in rent. The other two girls are very nice and clean! The cottage is beautiful, all of the furniture is VERY nice. The bedroom does not come furnished. Everything else will be there. It is a fun place to live, the pool is awesome in the summertime.
