This is a two-bedroom apartment located on the intersection of 15th ave and 8th st. The location is close to everything in Dinkytown (bus stop, bars/restaurants, classes, and a grocery store). Both of the bedrooms as well as the living room are very spacious. The rent includes all utilities with the exception of electricity. If you choose to have a car here and would like to have a guaranteed spot, the parking costs only $45 a month (pretty reasonable compared to other buildings in Dinkytown). My roommate, who will be staying in the apartment during spring semester, is a fun and easygoing girl. She is an Econ. major, so she works hard during the school week and has a good time during the weekends. We are both pretty clean (by no means clean freaks). In other words we take turns doing stuff around the apartment.
