We are searching for a very unique individual that has passion, desire and vision to be part of their elite and creative product/merchandising team.
Below are the "Most" important and "Must Have" skills for this dynamic opportunity!
Key Skills: * 10 + years of hands-on progressive experience in marketing, merchandising and designing athletic apparel. *
Must have solid skills in fabric, fashion design and product development. *
This position requires strong and diverse management skills. They will direct a team comprising of designers and product managers. *
Need to have product development experience from concepts through prototypes. *
Must be living in or open to relocating Southern Florida.

Most resumes miss the mark because they are more on the production/sourcing side than the design/merchandising side.
This position requires a unique balance of right and left brain skills.
Many seem to favor one or the other…mostly the left brain, production coordination side.
Others still are more of a retail merchandising background.
They were responsible for merchandising stores…not product lines.
