Major Accounts Dedicated SQL Programmer/Developer
70-90K

Job Description
This position reports up through the IT organization but will work primarily in an operational role as a dedicated technical and programming resource for an assigned major account.

Responsibilities
-work with account team and client to address and resolve client issues
-work with account team to develop and produce client specific reports
-work with account team and client to develop, create and update database applications using Microsoft SQL and Visual Basics
-Work with account team and client to create, design, and build necessary components to facilitate the import and verification of data into company databases from outside vendors and clients.
Coordinate with other IT resources to ensure solutions compatibility and consistency.
-Ensure that the performance, quality and reliability of our databases and data meet and exceed the expectations of the client and vendor partners.

Day to Day Activities
-Programming, developing, technical issue resolution 75%
-Technical account management 20%
-Coordinate with other IT resources 5%

Qualifications
-3 to 5 years of experience working with relational database including design, development, and administration
-3 to 5 years of SQL programming required
-Experience interacting directly with clients and customers is required.
-Experience with Visual Basic is required.
-Experience with MS SQL Server 2000, 2005 is required
-Additional experience with Java, XML, .NET, Crystal Reports, and Web development considered a plus.
-Excellent time Management skills.
-Ability to work in a complex, deadline oriented environment.
-Ability to work on a multiple projects at on time.
-Excellent written and verbal communications skills at the business and technical level.
