have one bedroom available very close to the Ithaca College campus (it's about 5-10 minutes to walk up to campus), and right across the street from Rogan's Corner. The bedroom is furnished with a bed, desk, dresser and shelves (first two pictures) - there's also a closet with plenty of space. There's a living room complete with an Xbox 360, PS2, Nintendo Wii, and Sega Dreamcast (pictured below, left), as well as a deck overlooking the city of Ithaca and Lake Cayuga. The kitchen (pictured below, right) is stocked with everything you'll need and there's one bathroom for sharing with three other males. Water and parking are included in the rent, but gas and electric are separate - usually not more than $50 a month at most.

I'm graduating in December from IC, so the room is actually available as soon as late-December, but payment would only be for January through June (6 months), at 425/mo. Also, the whole house (four bedrooms) will be available for leasing starting next August (if you want to keep the room during July, that's also an option).
