I have the master bedroom (a big room with a big, double-door closet!) in a beautiful 3 bedroom apartment on 211 Linden available for Spring 2010 sublet. The actual cost is $705 plus utilities but I am more than happy to negotiate because I know it's a bit on the pricier side- though this is probably one of the nicest spring sublets out there! We have a great kitchen (with a dishwasher!), dining and living area with a super comfy couch and 1 and 1/2 bathrooms. The other girls living here are both Cornell undergrads and are very nice and neat! The apartment building is very safe and secure, with a buzzer entry system, and there is a laundry room in the building downstairs.
