Hi!! I'm looking for one or two females to sublet a room in my apartment for the Spring 2010 semester. Rent is $385/mo plus around $23 for cable/electric. The apartment has 3 bedrooms with awesome hardwood floors! You would be living with four other non-smoker senior females who are extremely easy to get along with and friendly! There is a ton of space so you do not feel like you are on top of each other all the time (like in a dorm?). The room is unfurnished however the rest of the apartment will be completely furnished. The bedroom currently has two full sized beds in it along with a walk-in closet. There are also two other gigantic closets in the apt for extra storage space! Along with the apt we also have covered parking available directly behind the property ($325 for the semester) which you will not find cheaper anywhere else. It's a 5 minute walk to campus from the apt (the corner of Nittany Ave & Burrowes). Let me know if you are interested in seeing any pictures or would like to set up a time to come see the apartment!
