Prior to class, YOU MUST REGISTER WITH THE NEW JERSEY STATE POLICE at https://eapps.njsp.org/applicant/logon.do TO OBTAIN A SECURITY GUARD TEMPORARY CERTIFICATE: The New Jersey State Police charges a $75.00 fee for their certificate. You must bring the Temporary Certificate with you to class. If you cannot, register or are experiencing difficulty registering, you may bring with you $75.00 in cash to the class or a credit card and we can register you with the NJ State Police on the morning of class. You must have a clean criminal record with NO felony convictions as you will be fingerprinted by an outside agency at one of their local offices.
