We have installed new carpeting as well as new kitchen floors! This house is a Three bedroom, 1.5 bath, home with the master bedroom attatched to the bathroom. This neighbourhood is very clean and kept nice and as a result is very safe for children. Many neighbours have smaller children, and older children who enjoy openly playing in the front yard because safety is not too high of a concern. This also means your children will have pleanty of new friends!
Whether you work in Cary, Huntly, Elgin, or even in Chicago - most locations are not but a 15-30 minute drive, which is a huge convinence to you! If you work in the city you will be pleased to know you live far away enough from I-90 to not feel the effects of such heavy traffic, but also feel at ease knowing it only will take you about 15 minutes to get onto I-90 for work. Crystal lake also has two train locations which you can park at, which aren't even a 10 minute drive from this home.
