shared creative space with parking | Office Space in Los Angeles

We are a group of young architects (4) with a newly renovated office space (2,500 square feet) quiet, air-conditioning, floor to ceiling glass with balconies all around (2nd floor), conference rooms, Xerox machine, fax, printers, computer network (cat 5), telephones (turn-key), exterior courtyard, kitchen, bathroom, very safe neighborhood environment; we are looking to share some of our space/desks with 1, 2 or more (up to about 8) people to help subsidize our rent. Short leases or long leases are available; you must see the office to fully appreciate the quality of the space.

we would like to lease the space out per desk. Approximately $800 per month per desk.
