Description

This is a senior software engineering position on web development projects for Seminaries and

Institutes, working under the direction of the software development manager. This position

leverages experience as a seasoned technical professional and software developer. Must have a

demonstrated ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies, contribute to system

architecture and design, and build stable, scalable and responsive applications.

Responsibilities:

;Design, code, and debug both new and legacy systems

;Create and perform unit tests

;Participate in coding and code reviews

;Be accountable for agreed upon development schedule

;Assist in quality assurance measures (code reviews, unit and system testing, etc.)

;Work with minimum supervision

;Work well independently as well as in a team

;Communicate well with product management and customer support

Qualifications

Qualifications:

· Bachelor or master’s degree in computer science or a related field.

· 10+ years hands-on experience designing and developing scalable, complex web

applications.

· Expert in .NET web development at the systems level

· Strong relational database experience (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL) www.slc-staffing.com
