Small family office seeks experienced Senior Executive Assistant to provide a broad range of administrative support from assisting the COO/Attorney to family members. Assist with the family’s personal, financial, and business matters. Coordinate calendars, meetings, and travel. Interface with the foundation, attend meetings, and process correspondence. Data and file management, as well as general organizational skills, will be important in this role.QUALITIES:
Highly detail oriented; proactive; excellent grammar; spelling; proofreading; team player; ability to prioritize projects and meet deadlines.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Career Executive Assistant with 5+ years Senior Executive Assistant support to C-level or senior executives or heads of family offices
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• A track record of providing both comprehensive business and personal support to an executive and his/her family is required.
