Analytic review of daily Net Asset Value (“NAV”) movements against respective benchmarks on a composite and class level.

Analytic review of daily 2a-7 money market reports.

Oversight and management of service provide and the deliverables: stale pricing reports, defaulted income calculations, override reports, monthly vendor pricing comparisons, NAV error calculations, 19a-1 calculations, etc.

Analytic review of monthly, quarterly and annual income and capital gains distributions.

Analytic review of semiannual and annual financial statements, Statement of Investments, NSARs and NQs along with all supporting documentation.

Preparation of quarterly Valuation Board reports (Liquidity, Defaulted Security/Interest, Pricing Override, Sales to Last Valuation, Unchanged pricing, Vendor Pricing Comparison, Unfunded Loan, ITG fair valuation, Fair Valuation Actions taken for the period, Single Broker Quoted Securities, NAV error Memo).

Review of quarterly Wholesalers/Fund Facts reports.

Review of Fund expense budgets.
Tax knowledge a plus (tax testing, tax provisions, tax returns, PFIC review).

Maintenance of “As of” reimbursement and redemption fee log and the reconciliation against Service Co. records.

Maintenance of NAV error log.

Maintenance of ITG fair valuation report.

Keeping abreast of new regulatory requirements/industry changes.

Support ad-hoc requests.

Ability to work overtime as needed
