PS1 Appication Notarized
2 Fingerprint Cards completed
and PS 6 Affidavit by a DPSST Instructor
Our Security Firm will provide the necessary materials.

In order to become a security officer/guard you must understand that you also must:

A) Not have a major criminal background record-
B) Know your 10 year work history -
C) Understand that Security Officers are for Adults only, of all shapes and sizes, and walks of life-
D) ADA citizens, veterans, senior citizens, High School/ GED graduates, etc are all welcomed-
E) Hiring eligibility with Security companies increases with applicants who hold a valid DPSST card-
F) Must complete and pass the UNARMED Version class course first before moving to the next level as ARMED security-
G) Understand this is NOT a TWP-PS20
H) Understand these Application forms are Official State forms in which you will send to the State of Oregon DPSST
I) Understand your card will have to be renewed every 2 yrs
