* 2 week maximum for any additional attempt w/fee.

* Fees include all mileage for up to 3 attempts.

* Advance payment required on all new clients.

Foreclosure & Eviction Postings: $35 same day service if received before 12 noon. Posting Service includes photo and declaration of posting.

Stakeout Service: (hard to serve individuals) $80 first hour $50 per additional hour

Rates: King County, City of Seattle-$55 North King County-$55 South King County-$55 Eastside-$55.

$55 deposit/fee toward service is required for first time clients.

No Mileage Fees! No Hidden Fees!

Rush Service: ( Same Day Rush Service available if documents received before 12 noon -additional $30)
