Please read my ad fully before contacting me. My needs, budget, and desired locale are not negotiable.

Looking to live with an older student (such as myself) or a professional. Desire to live alone or with ONLY ONE other individual. Therefore, if your significant other is at the residence constantly (more than 2x a week & completely camps out at the residence during the weekends)--BYPASS ME. Wood floors, no pets, and Washer Dryer in the unit is a must. If there is a 1bd/1 bath unit that is available it needs to have the bathroom outside of the bedroom. Otherwise, if living with a roommate I need to have my own private bathroom (that is used by myself and my guests only) and if a lock is not installed on the bedroom door- I must be allowed to put one there.

1. wood floors throughout the residence (exception if there is carpet in the bedroom and tile in the kitchen & bathroom ONLY. Otherwise wood floors must be throughout the rest of the home!)
2. no couples, pets, or children
3. no extended stay guests (if your significant other is constantly at the residence-then you two need to move in together. Not splitting bills 2 ways when there is three people residing there)
4. short term lease needs to be available. Let's get along for 6 months first before committing to anything further. I don't want nor need a year lease and won't sign one for the extensive stint of time.
5. A roommate agreement must be signed & notarized before I sign the lease dictating the mutually agreed upon h.hold rules.

Again, please my ad FULLY and THROUGHLY before contacting me. I apologize in advance for having to be so stringent. I had wonderful experiences with roommates until "J" and the my life became hell with her bf constsantly over, her pet trashing my carpets, and hjer shafting me with her share of utliltity expenses. NEVER AGAIN.
