SAP HCM Manager

Full Time PERM

This position will have overall responsibility for SAP Human Resource modules and is accountable for implementing optimal system solutions to meet the dynamic needs of the Human Resource organization.

Additionally, they will provide guidance to the HR organization on SAP roadmaps and create SAP best practice strategies to align with HR business objectives. They will also manage, guide, and train staff to provide the necessary support, skills, and experience for their professional development and advancement.


Experience
You must have a minimum of 8 years of Information Systems work experience with a minimum of 7 years of SAP HCM module experience.

Employee Compensation Management experience is also required.

Additionally, you must have a minimum of 2 full cycle SAP implementations; 2 years of production support; 3 years or supervisory experience managing atleast 2 people; 1 year of implementing and supporting HR modules for BW reporting.

You must also have a solid understanding of Compensation practices, policies and programs; experience with compensation planning and execution within an SAP environment; solid understanding of the integration aspects of various modules of SAP; designing and implementing reporting solutions for HR or other modules.

Expert knowledge in designing, configuring, testing and deploying SAP HCM solutions; SOX and GxP familiarity; reporting tools experience in SAP such as ABAP query, Report Painter, BeX query are critical skills in this role.

Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for developing high quality solutions based on business requirements with primary focus on Enterprise Compensation Module; developing functional and technical specifications; preparing test scripts for positive tests and regression tests based on business owner test scenarios; and production/ cutover planning and turnover.

You will also serve as the primary point of contact for SAP HR needs for the HR organization to gather, refine and prioritize business requirements and collaborate with HRT and other IS groups to lead and coordinate planning, implementation, training and rollout of system changes necessary for administering various annual HR milestones. Manages, guides, and trains staff to provide the necessary support, skills, and experience for their professional development and advancement.

Education Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or commensurate experience; major or concentration in Human Resources is a huge plus.
