Sales & Marketing MBA will help your Business… for FREE
- Location:
- Atlanta, GA
Features & Description
Tough times call for new ideas, so here is mine...I will work for
FREE!
As you can see from my resume (below), I have a wealth of experience in sales,
marketing, internet and entrepreneurial ventures. Now, here is the type of
guarantee that business owners dream of… I will work for FREE for 30 days and at
the end of that time, if I have not proven to be a valuable asset to your
company, increased awareness for your product/service and created valuable leads
that turn into REVENUE, then we will part ways and you will have enjoyed 30 days
of hard work, sales, marketing and business expertise….for FREE! I am so
confident in my abilities, that I know you will want to hire or partner with me.
Getting an idea off the ground, increasing your leads, creating a marketing
strategy or retooling your business model can be challenging and exciting.
Regardless of your situation, I can help you put into place a strategy that will
take your business to the next level. In addition, if you have an area of
expertise or knowledge about a specific niche, I can help you package, position
and sell your knowledge to the global marketplace!
What is the
catch? No catch, but here is the fine print:
1) The time I spend building a marketing strategy for your product/service is at
my expense/risk, but any hard costs for marketing initiatives, sales tools or
other expenses will be incurred by the business. If after the 30 days, you want
to continue to use my services on a month to month basis, we can negotiate a
consultant contract based on an hourly fee.
2) It cannot be anything illegal (I am a reserve police officer, so there is an
obvious conflict!)
3) It can be any in any industry or line of work. I am talented, adaptable and
have experience in a variety of industries including; Manufacturing, Medical
devices, Restaurants/Hospitality, Business Services, Internet, Real Estate,
Finance and Investments.
4) It can be either W2 or 1099 income.
5) I am happy to sign a written agreement, detailing the conditions with no risk
to you and making it very “employer friendly.”

Thank you for taking a moment to
learn more about my professional accomplishments and why I would be a great
addition to your firm.
My first job out of college
was an entry level sales position at Carpenter Technology (CRS). I experienced
great success during my seven years at Carpenter, promoting three times, and
becoming the youngest Branch Sales Manager in the 110 year history of the
company. It was a difficult decision to leave Carpenter, but in order to
promote further I would have to move to the corporate office in Reading, PA and
was not willing to leave the West Coast.
Instead, I decided to pursue
my MBA full-time at Pepperdine University, and a year later, I was approached by
a professional recruiter to interview with the Medical division of Stryker (SYK).
I accepted a Sales Manager position with Stryker and enjoyed tremendous success
during my tenure, finishing in the top 20% (year 1) and top 5% (year 2) and
earning $200-$285k annually. I was offered a promotion to a Marketing Manager
position at the corporate office in Kalamazoo, MI, but the timing was not good
for a move as I had just married and my wife and I were expecting our fist
child.
Up until this point in my
career, I had achieved success at each of the companies where I worked, but was
frustrated because I had promoted as far as I could go without moving to the
corporate office (Carpenter, Stryker). I have always had a strong sense for
business and armed with the knowledge from my newly earned MBA, I decided to
start my own venture. I founded Gael Investments in order to combine my
interest in investment real estate (my first property, bought at age 26, was a
4-plex in which I lived in one unit and rented/managed the other units) with my
desire to help other people who wanted to buy their first home or invest in
rental properties. At the request of local real estate agents, I expanded the
business and started a mortgage lending department. We enjoyed great success
and my reputation as an ethical, business savvy mortgage broker led me to open a
branch in the Palm Springs/Palm Desert area. I was approached by two very
successful Realtors in Palm Desert who asked me to move to the desert area and
as a result, Teradora Funding was opened and grew to 10 loan officers and $50
million in annual mortgage loans. The severe downturn in the real estate and
mortgage markets, led to the closing of both Gael Investments and Teradora
Funding.
I am currently looking to find
an opportunity, where I can use my sales, marketing and internet expertise to
help a high-growth company that is looking for someone who can deliver results.
I have experience in many different areas of business including strategy,
finance, operations, sales/marketing, which I can attribute to the various
companies I have worked, along with being a business owner.
On a personal note, I am
married with two boys (Connor, 4 and Aidan, 2 months) and a volunteer reserve
Deputy with the Orange County Sheriff Department. I enjoy traveling, SCUBA
diving, playing golf and various sports with my two sons. I currently reside in
Huntington Beach, but I am open to moving within Southern California for the
right opportunity.
