The house is in a nice neighborhood on a cul-de-sac. The back yard is AMAZING. You have a pool, jacuzzi and a rock slide with a tiki hut and BBQ. There is a two car garage and RV parking. There is a washer and dryer and everything you need in a house. All you would need is stuff for your room. The room is also big enough to be split between two people. So if you would like to lower your rent that is an option. The roommates are really laid back and nice. Two of the roommates are still in school and the other three have full time jobs.
