The house has all hardwood floors, a large living room with a fireplace, a full size basement and garage, and plenty of storage space. There is also a fenced in back yard with a patio. There will most likely be a garden at some point, as well.

It is a 3 bedroom house with 2 rooms on the main floor and one master bedroom that takes up the entire 2nd floor.

Room 1 - ($525/mo) is about 12' x 12' hardwood floors on the main floor, nice size closet.

Room 2 ($625/mo) is really nice. It is an attic style room but has plenty of floor space, a walk-in closet, your own full bathroom, skylight and enough space for a office, studio or workspace.

About us:
Dave and I (Adam) are totally laid back musicians and artists in our late 20s who work and go to school. Dave also has a dog named Rosie who extremely well-behaved.
We are open to any type of person but being respectful and music lovers are a plus.
