I have a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom trailer in Conway Acres and need to rent out 1 room with an attached bathroom. The home is completely furnished with the exception of the rented bedroom. For that bedroom, I have a dresser, a bookshelf, and a TV that can stay with the room or leave per renter's preference. Conway Acres is by far the nicest park in Auburn with ponds in which to fish. It is also a stop on Tiger Transit's route. Since Conway Acres is a quiet park and less than a mile from the vet school, it is great for vet students.
