This is a smaller room, but it includes its own nice-sized bathroom. It also includes all the amenities of a home, including a washer and dryer and a large covered front porch. There is currently someone renting the master bedroom; she is a senior at Sam Houston University. She will help in the process of picking a new tenant. [We prefer another female, but are willing to explore all options.] The bedroom is unfurnished, but the current tenant does have furniture throughout the home. However, this can function with other stuff. All bills will be split evenly between the roommates, etc. The mobile home is older but is in great condition, and the rent makes this place a "steal." We are looking to rent this room ASAP, but a willing to compromise on move-in date. If you have any questions, please contact me with ANY questions. I hope to add a picture soon.
