Hey im lookin for a laid back roommate. i have 1-3 bedrooms available in my house. you will have your own bathroom. the house is equipt with stainless steel appliances dishwasher washer and dryer. there is a fireplace and a basketball hoop. my house is min away from downtown and lloyd center shopping mall. just streets away from pcc cascade and concordia university. i have one other roommate but since we have jobs that call us away for days at a time we are both rarely ever here. so i need someone responsible. we are both in our early twenties. im asking $600.00 a month. utilities are included. first, last, and a 200 deposite. but i am willing to work things out if you are in a special situation im just trying to get my house full asap.
