All of your personal items including groceries, toiletries, cleaning items, and laundering items at your own expense. One shared 1/2 bath downstairs by whole household. All will be required to maintain cleanliness, t.p. and cleaning supplies. The remainder of the house is also to be kept up by all individuals living in home. Which at max. will be 4 adults. There are two rooms avaiable. You will share a full bathroom on second floor with only one other person. We have a dog who is just plain "awesome." We are looking for someone to be part of our extended family. No BS here!
