The lease will be month to month and the room can come partially furnished if you would like.

The house is a 3 bed and 2 bath and there are 2 female roommates in their mid 20's sharing it now. One roommate is almost never home and you would be sharing the bathroom with her. House has indoor laundry, huge yard, secure parking, close freeway access, fireplace, central heat/air, alarm system, newly furnished shared areas, hard wood floors, updated kitchen with new appliances and granite counter tops, dishwasher, and is a nice place to live.

There are already 2 medium sized dogs here so no additional pets and you can' be allergic to dogs. We are looking for someone who is drama free, respectful of other's spaces, and can pay on time, and keep shared areas clean. For more info and pics, email me a little about yourself.
