Features & Description

Courteous, polite liberal young couple looking for respectful, like-minded roommate. Izak (28/m) is a recording studio engineer and musician and Roarie (22/f) is a college student at UNF. We're very clean. We like to listen to music and play guitar. Music is a big part of our lives and we travel a lot. We have a TV but don't really watch it, it's fine if you watch tv some, as long as it isn't on in the living room all the time. We are moderate smokers and moderate drinkers, but we only smoke outdoors. 420 friendly. We have a cat. Pets are fine as long as they get along with the cat.
The condo is in Summer Key Condominiums which is located on AC Skinner Pkwy right by JTB & Southside Blvd. It is a very convenient location, 5 minutes from the Town Center, 8 minutes from UNF, 5 minutes to Tinseltown, 8 minutes to Avenues, and just a couple minutes drive to either JTB or I-95. Quiet neighborhood, with great amenities. Large pool and hot tub, large party room, billiards room, workout room, and full size indoor basketball court. Small lake with walking paths around it. Very peaceful.
The condo is 2 br/2 ba like I said. There is a large fully furnished living room area, a laundry room with working washer & dryer, a furnished dining area, and a kitchen with working microwave, toaster, glass-top stove, refrigerator, and oven. There is a balcony patio which provides a view of the tree line. The room for rent is about 9 x 11 and is unfurnished but I do have a mattress that can be moved over here if you need one. It's either full or queen, I don't remember. We also have a tv stand and end table available for use in that room if you would like. You will have a private bathroom. It is large bathroom with a bath tub/shower combo.
Rent is $500/month plus 1/3 utilities. which includes cable, internet, electric, and home phone which should average to about $75 a month for your share plus 1/3 of the condo fees which are $175/month so your share of the condo fees would be $58. Water is covered by the condo fees. This is a month to month rental, but we might consider a short term lease for the right person. No security deposit.
