Hi there. My fiance & I are renting out a bedroom in our 2/2 apartment. We are in a great area of Lodi: Kettleman/Mills. The room is large (same size as master), it has a walk-in closet, large window, and a private bathroom. The apartment has perfect lay-out for roomies as bedrooms are on opposite ends of apartment with living room/dining room/kitchen in between. Also, we have a washer/dryer inside the unit. Must like cats as we have 2. :o)

We are asking $425 + 1/3 utilities. $150 deposit. The complex we are in is very quiet, plenty of parking, has swimming pool, spa, & tennis court. We also have high speed internet & cable with DVR box in room --all included in rent.
