The house is located on Springfield and Fairview (about 1/2 mile west of campus). There are 3 dudes living here now with 2 black labs that are very well behaved. 2 of us are seniors and 1 is in grad school. We are all working. The house is a pretty big place so everyone has there own space for things including a garage and large backyard. The atmosphere is pretty chill, we do not have any parties so the house also stays pretty clean. No preference as far as guy or girl. We would prefer not to have another dog though. Amentities include laundry room, dishwasher, big screen TV with HD and movie channels, rope swing in back yard, large grill, garage, kegerator and off street parking. New roommate will pay $300 for rent plus whatever utilities are
