Around Me is a new website concept offering real reviews of local businesses from real people. We do this in a way that makes it easy for you to share your favorite businesses and reviews with your friends on Facebook and Twitter. We’re new to your city, so we are looking for real people just like you to help us get started by offering reviews of local restaurants, doctors, mechanics, insurance agents, dentists, gardeners, plumbers, dry cleaners, and all of the other local businesses you’ve personally used recently.
- We need a total of 10 reviews from each person

- Reviews must be between 60 and 150 words and should include specifics about your experience with the business. Don’t just write things like ‘the food was good’ or ‘they have horrible customer service.’ Remember, your reviews are going to be seen by other people in your city, so be informative and helpful!

- We’ll leave the decision of which businesses or services to review completely up to you, but only review businesses that you have used and are familiar with.

- Please review a variety of businesses. While we love restaurant reviews, we’d love to see reviews of other businesses as well. If you bank somewhere specific, talk about them. If there’s a salon that you like, you can review them as well. Spread the love around your city!

- Writers will be given a $25 Amazon gift card for writing 10 reviews once reviews are approved

- We only need each writer to write 10 reviews. Please do not write more than 10 and expect to get multiple gift cards.

How this will work:
- First, reply to this ad letting us know you are interested. Please include your name and contact email.

- AroundMe.com only allows users to write reviews if they are logged into Facebook, which you can do right from our site. You’ll need to have or create a Facebook account that will be tied to your reviews. This helps ensure our reviews are real and from real people (no trolls allowed!)

- Once logged in, search for the business you’d like to review, and then click on the Write Review link next to the business. Feel free to mark it as a “Favorite” if it is one of your local favorites.

- Reviews can be either positive or negative, but they do need to be honest.

- Once you’re done with your reviews, let us know, and we will check them to be sure they meet our criteria. After we know it’s good, we’ll send you your gift card!
