Retail Store Manager for our store at Perimeter Mall!

Teavana is a unique and fast growing specialty tea retailer. We carry between 100 to 120 varieties of loose leaf tea throughout the year depending on harvesting cycles. We also carry a large assortment of high quality teapots and tea accessories from around the world. We currently have over 100 stores nationwide and are opening approximately 30 new stores in 2009.

Retail Store Managers at Teavana are responsible for growing their stores business, controlling expenses and fostering a high level of customer service and team work within their stores! They must be able to effectively manage within a sales oriented environment, setting realistic yet challenging goals and motivating team members to achieve positive results, while giving timely feedback and regularly recognizing a job well done!
