Position Description

The position is responsible for achieving sales goals in indirect channels staffed by sales professionals through direct observation, training, and competitive intelligence gathering and analysis. Develop and implement sales training programs specific to each location. Develop and maintain a positive, supportive working relationship with each location. 30% or more of the allocated accounts are local agents, with no more than 69% allocated to National Distribution Accounts. Indirect Channels may be defined as dealers, agents, or national retailers.

Position Qualifications

Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience. 2 year AT&T sales or marketing experience. 3-5 years outside sales or marketing experience.
