Independent and small family run cleaning service will customize your cleaning to fit your needs. Low overhead means our house cleaning service will not break your budget.

Flexible Hours - DAY, EVENING AND WEEKEND appointments available

Flexible Schedule - REGULAR, OCCASIONAL and ONE-TIME (move in/out) cleanings. Any type of home- HOUSES, APARTMENTS, CONDOS (and OFFICES)

Areas of service - We service a wide area from Denver to Colorado Springs. No trip charges or gas charges. Same Hourly Rate !!!

Reasonable Price - $15/hr, great results, references available upon request. We always do a very detailed cleaning - you will love the result! We use professional cleaning supplies and we have everything we need to make your house look great! No extra charge for cleaning supplies; you are welcome to let us use yours if you have allergies.

Our minimum payment is $60, which is 4 hours of cleaning

In some cases we will assign 2 workers to do your cleaning. The most common cases of this usually involve a larger than average cleaning job, large house, time constraints or a scheduling matter. The hourly is still $15/hr but calculated per house cleaner and the job will be completed in half the time.

Kitchen

Kitchen counters cleaned and disinfected
Range hood cleaned
Sink cleaned and disinfected
Fronts of appliances cleaned
Refrigerator wiped from outside including top (We clean inside too if you need it)
Dishwasher wiped from outside
Gas stove cleaned
Microwave cleaned inside and outside
Outside of cabinets cleaned (will clean inside too if requested)
Table and chairs wiped
Oven cleaning
Counter top knickknacks wiped down

Bathroom

Bathtubs and showers cleaned and disinfected
Shower doors cleaned
Sinks and toilets cleaned and disinfected
Fronts of cabinets wiped
Faucets shined

Floors

Hardwood and tiled floors swept/vacuumed and mopped
Rugs and carpets vacuumed
Baseboards wiped down
Stairs vacuumed

Every Room

All furniture dusted (and polished if needed)
Cobwebs removed
Garbage emptied
Reachable light fixtures cleaned
Doors and door knobs cleaned for fingerprints
Outlets and light switches cleaned/dusted
Windows cleaned (inside) and window sills wiped (Also clean out window tracks!!!)
Blinds dusted
Ceiling fans dusted

Since we charge by the hour, not by the house - we're not limited to this list and can also provide extra services like laundry, dishes, bed linen change, errands, event/party set up/cleanup, organizing anything & everything, closet & garage cleaning, car washing & vacuum, watering plants or anything else you may need - you name it, we'll do it! If our list of services doesn't include something particular you need - just let us know what you are looking for and we will be happy to help you.

For your convenience we accept cash, check, or money order payments. Full payment is due upon completion of services rendered please.

We are pet friendly and smoker friendly.

EARLY MORNINGS, LATE EVENINGS AND SHORT NOTICE CLEANINGS available at no extra charge. For short notice cleanings please contact us by phone. We often check our e-mail but a quick phone call will work better. You can stay at home or leave us alone to clean - we're used to both types of cleaning. Any pets you have - you can leave them in the house, we don't mind.
