The Customer Care Training Representative is responsible for providing virtual training sessions on our products to our customers, provide reactive customer support, order processing, and performing proactive account activities.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:


* Provide the initial and ongoing product training to Sage Quest Customers.
* Organize, prepare and schedule virtual training sessions.
* Create and produce web-training modules.
* Provide back-up support for new customer implementation, concierge, and proactive account activities.
* Receive and process customer inquiries, troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
* Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquires and complaints, and comments as well as actions taken.
* Confer with customers to provide information about products and services
* Take orders or cancel accounts or to obtain details of complaints. Escalate calls to supervisor as necessary.



KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:


* Prior Customer Service experience or relative customer facing experience.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* 1-2 years prior training experience.
* Thorough knowledge of Mobile Control Product – Features, Attributes, Benefits, along with the ability to demonstrate, training and troubleshoot our product. Ability to translate technical terms into non-technical language.
* Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Outlook, Excel.
* Customer Relationship Management software.
* Good analytical ability, sound judgment and requires sufficient knowledge of IT operations, workflow processes and procedures to resolve most inquires independently.
