**This is a month-to-month lease but we would prefer candidates who are willing to stay at the least for 3 months.**

This place is conveniently located in Vernon-Rockville:

--> About 9 miles from the UCONN Storrs Campus
--> 10 minutes from Manchester, CT
--> 20-25 minutes from Hartford, Ct

The two bedrooms are located on the second floor and both have walk-in closets.This is a two-floor apartment with:
- 3 Bedrooms
- 2 Full Bathrooms
- Fully furnished Kitchen
- Living room (with a couple couches and a table)
- Small Patio

We are looking for 2 roommates (male or female) who:
-->like to keep their living space clean and clutter-free
-->pay their bills on time
-->are friendly and social

Each room's monthly rent is $308.
Utilities include electricity, heating, hot water.Utilities expenses usually range between $120-$150 per month.
On an average, you are looking at a total monthly expense of $450 per room.

Currently, the apartment is occupied by 3 guys - one is a working professional, one is PhD student and the other is a recent Master's graduate.
At the end of November, two of us will be moving out.

Our landlord is a cool customer and if you decide to move in, you would be required to pay a one-time deposit of $616 per room.
