Hello Iam relocating from The detroit/cleveland,i spend alot of time in both,but basically iam finishing my education at 2 schools in the fort collins area and iam looking for a very clean home or condo in the area,What iam looking for is 2 bedrooms,garage,vaulted ceilings, fireplace,or something that is just remodeled or within a few years.Iam looking to be in colorado the end of jan. possibly earlier and i would like to try to find something before i get there to cut down on hotel costs.I have one 5 year old cat,my fiance,i can pay up to a grand a month,plus deposit and some in advance,my credit isfair but my referances for the last 2 almost 3 years are good at 800 per month here,i wouldnt be working right when i get there but i will be returning to work for a company i worked for in 2006 who does goverment contract work and that will be in april first of may,i also have money saved to carry me through at that time,iam a junior in college iam 30 years old i have very good drywall and plastering skills as well so i can always find work.If you have something that is in this price range and you like to work with someone moving from out of state please contact me.
