"Bullying is a sign of weakness. It's okay though. Our EXECUTIVES' CLUB is being targeted as a gimmick of some sort. However if you ARE getting an excellent quality product, and you record a lot, and can get that product for even cheaper with the same quality result, would you say no to savings? Our EXEC'S CLUB members disagree with the 'gimmick' theory because they pay even less for what they were already happy with! Also, our brand of gear, and the fact that we don't post a list of clients?...look. It's not for other studios to decide whether we are better or not. That's up to YOU. 6. Creative consulting, artist development, songwriting assistance, survey and focus groups are now FREE! (non-members pay 50.00 to 100.00 per hour for these!)

6. Privacy policy and Studio Etiquette:

I. Phone calls
If you are calling our studio for the first time, please have this information ready so that we can quickly and effectively assist you in your inquiry:

- Your first and last name
- Your phone number
- Your email address
- How you were referred
- Your genre of music
- What services you are interested in
* Remember that kindness goes a long way!

Also, please be aware that because of our strict privacy guidelines, we will not disclose our studio location until this information has been provided and verified. We apologize for any inconvenience, but this is required if you wish to recieve service from A. S. Houston.

II. EMails
Please be clear, concise, and use standard english. Messages with misspellings and improper language are automatically discarded.

III. Visiting our studio
If you are visiting our studio for the first time, or are scheduled for a session, please abide by all guidelines for a pleasant studio experience:

- Please remain quiet during the session and set all phones/devices to silent. This is very important, as the engineer can work quickly and effectively in a quiet and calm environment.
- Please do not enter/exit the building after the session is in progress. Make sure to have all artists on time and have all necessary items for the session. If you need anything from your vehicle, please make sure to bring it with you before the session begins. For everyones security and comfort, the doors will be locked at the start of the session.
- Please do not bring food, drinks, or alcohol into the facility. Also smoking is prohibited by law in our facility.
- Please do not leave trash in our facility or outside in the parking lot. Violations will result in a $65.00 fine.
- Please bring only the people essential to your session. This prevents disruptions, and keeps the session timely.
- Our studio provides an engineer for your session at no additional charge. Only staff are permitted to operate the studio equipment, as this is a liability. Any damage to equipment from non-staff use will be billed to you.
- We do all engineering/mastering to the standards of A. S. Houston, as it is what gives us our signature sound. We always appreciate second opinions and input given. However, changing sound settings, levels, etc. against the expertise of the engineer may take away from the sound we are known for. If our taste in sound does not please you, feel free to let us know, and we will kindly refer you to an alternate studio that better suits you.
- If you wish to refer any artists to our studio, please have them contact us at 832.748.3560 and we will disclose all necessary information to them directly.

You are responsible for those who attend your session. Please notify them of our Privacy Policy and Studio Etiquette. Violation of any of these terms will result in termination of your contract with A. S. Houston. If you would like a copy of our Privacy Policy and Studio Etiquette, please request one from our staff.
