Looking for an assistant with reliable transportation to do preliminary data gathering for a real estate office. resident, who is familiar with the area's people and resources, is respected as an organized, reliable, self-assured, easy-going "people-person," with good judgement to serve as a very parttime advisor/helper with decision-making Candidiate may have background in any field, but is good at crunching numbers, can commit to future availability and enjoys being of service to others.

You will be required to use your vehicle to travel throughout the State of Ohio to travel to properties, take photographs, and measure living areas (No mileage will be paid). You will be hired as a subcontractor and receive a 1099, no health benefits are available. Job entails traveling 4-5,000 miles per month with your vehicle but no overnights. Looking for an individual with basic measuring and computer skills, cell phone, laptop wiith wireless internet, dependable, and honest. Individual will spend most of his/her time driving so must be able to work well alone without supervision.This is not an office job and you will mainly be leaving from your home each day to wherever that days assignments are located.
