Project Mgr (Glen Cove, NY) Liaise w/ building owners/mgmt, architects, engineers & cooperate w/subcontractors & independent contractors; resolve project-relatedproblems & negotiate w/ clients. Perform 360 degree assessment &evaluation of construction projects.Plan & schedule project-related activities & keep all parties accountablefor adherence to contract schedule.Prepare & analyze reports on workperformance & compliance w/ contract budget.
