OPEN POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT

Position: Production Manager

Description: Therapak Corporation, a global producer of clinical trial convenience kits and a distributor of medical supplies, has an immediate opening for a “hands-on” Production Manager in our cGMP compliant facility in Buford, Georgia.

Job Duties:
• Management of all production related activities
• Provide excellent service to customers by ensuring timely and accurate production
• Ensure conformance to all documented procedures for component assembly
• Supervise staff of 50+ assembly personnel
• Capture and utilize production data
• Continuous improvement
• Minor automation implementation

Skills:

Desired Qualities:
• High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred
• Supervisory experience, preferably in a production/manufacturing facility
• Computer literate, including a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications
• Must possess excellent team building and personnel management skills
• Must have ability to recruit, train, and motivate departmental staff
• Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus

Starting Salary/Date: Negotiable

Hours per Week: 40 +

Location: Buford, GA

Shift: Day – hours will be approximately 7:30am – 4:30pm
