Seeking Product Manager

We’re helping our client who has literally one of the coolest technologies I've ever seen, find a Product Manager to guide them with new products. That person needs to be super passionate, very sharp, and loves working with a team. While some of our Team members are credited with creating some well-known parts of Internet infrastructure, if you’ve got the ability to communicate you can do great things, we’re looking forward to asking you to meet the team. At a minimum you should love things social and real-time (we’ve been building real-time search for over three years). Social distribution, social loops, viral loops, and community graphs should all be things you “get” and are excited about how you can expand and do new things with. You’ll work with the Founder and CEO, and have ownership of delivering amazing products that users remember and care about.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and iterate amazing products that extend the company's inherent viral capabilities

• Own product roadmap/execution and manage interface between user requirements and engineering

• Assume a key role in overall product strategy, planning, and execution

• Natural ability to always deliver what is best for users and the community

Qualifications

• Successful track record in contributing to the growth of an Internet social media company (e.g. Twitter, Zynga, FaceBook)

• Uniquely clear and deep understanding of social loops, distribution, and community graphs

• Great skills in working with everyone from design to launch – users, partners, platforms, etc.

• 2+ years of experience in designing social platforms and products

• Big believer in rapid prototyping, iterating, and data-driven development

• Open and clear communicator, passionate about innovation, and desire to make an impact on rapid growth

• Cultural fit for a focus on having fun, trying to solve the hardest problems, and delivering things that users love
