Description

* Consults with product managers, organizational leaders, and program managers, in the design and implementation of web media products.
* Collaborates with product and program managers to define creative project vision.
* Collaborates with product, program, and line managers to define scope and create schedules and budgets.
* Manages the planning, design, and development of multiple products simultaneously.
* Communicates creative and technical requirements to production teams.
* Coordinates budgets and scheduling with program management and production teams.
* Manages on-call personnel, and coordinates the work of full-time staff.
* Ensures design and development activities support the creative vision.
* Ensures on-time and on-budget delivery as outlined in project plans.
* Ensures creative and technical elements comply with Church policy (i.e. Intellectual Property).

Qualifications

* B.A or M.A. in Digital Media, Multimedia Production, Communications, Film/Video, Instructional Technology or a directly related field.
* 6-8 years of professional-level experience with complex audiovisual planning, design, development, and production.
* The ability to provide oversight for other producers on difficult or complex assignments.
* A strong understanding of web design, state-of-the-art digital media technology, and web media production processes.
* A strong understanding of the Internet and related technologies.
* A strong understanding of search engine optimization and how people access digital media.
* Specific experience with web publishing and management of media assets.
* Excellent interpersonal abilities.
* Goal-oriented, action-focused, and self-disciplined.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
