Game Development company is seeking a Producer/Project Manager for it’s social game titles. The Producer/Project Manager will focus on building and managing social games on sites such as Facebook. The role requires ample game design skills, experience with analytics, flexibility, creativity and business acumen. The successful candidate will demonstrate significant experience producing games, websites or online services which convert audiences to users, deliver high-engagement metrics, effectively drive users to revenue generating transactions. The Producer/Project Manager will be involved in all phases of design, development and ongoing management of the product throughout its lifecycle.

Skills & Experience

3+ years of production and design experience in the interactive software industry with appropriate credits on shipped hit titles
Experience developing and publishing games to social networking sites like Facebook, MySpace, Bebo and Hi5
Experience with browser based games using Flash or Javascript
Experience designing and publishing casual games, console games or social games
Significant experience monetizing games for the web including free-to-play business models
Project management skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Product evaluation, tuning, and QA skills
BS/BA or equivalent
Responsibilities

Manage the production of social games
Manage social games from concept to end of life
Design and implement tactics to acquire and build domestic and international audiences
Using a variety of analytical tools, analyze and tune games to exceed key success metrics
Author the brand, product and game design documents
Liaise with technical team to ensure scalability and a high quality of service
Key liaison with internal and external developers throughout the lifecycle of the product
Be dedicated to the product success to investigate any and all problems associated with the product and pursue individually or delegate to the appropriate expert
