I'm a young female looking for a reasonable person to share a 4 bedroom house with me and my 2 pets. You can have your choice of the other 3 rooms available immediately, although the one currently empty is the largest of them at 10x12ish, and does have a ceiling fan. You'd have your own bathroom, & if you'd like you could also rent another of the rooms, or just throw stuff in there for storage with mine.
~Loc: The house is off of East Sahara Ave, near sunrise manor, call for specifics.
~Rent: $390/month rent includes gas, water, trash, internet, & basic cable if you wish, the electric bill is split to encourage accountability for usage. I have internet access available on a wireless card if you only need casual access, but for heavy usage we could go in on a better svc. I do ask a deposit of $390 just in case of damage or skipping, if this is an obstacle for you please call me to discuss possible options.
~Property: two-story house, driveway parking is available. The house has a front & back yard, i dont use them so you are welcome to them for gardening or leisure, anything that doesn't permanently alter them.
~Household: I am a fairly easygoing person who works an office job but i am not predictably home. I am very flexible so any preferences you have should definitely be brought up. I am also a very straightforward person. My cats are well behaved and I am open to restricting them to my room for parts of the day if need be, your own well behaved pet could be considered depending on the pet and reasonable adjustment.
~Furnishings: The house is completely furnished and I have all supplies, however if you have your own you wish to use I dont mind just throwing my stuff in storage. Your room and bathroom are unfurnished, but I have extra stuff if you need it. just not an extra bed.
